A portion of counselling services provided by a "Registered Clinical Counsellor" may also be used as a write off for personal tax purposes.

Cancellation Policy
In order to be respectful to the needs of both Northern Star Counselling's clients and counsellors, please inform us as soon as you know an appointment needs to be cancelled. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you, you will be billed for 50% of the appointment.
If your appointment is ICBC related, the individual is responsible for covering 50% of the appointment cost if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
